CNC Machinist

Full Job Description

iCRco, Inc. is looking for a CNC Machinist.

Position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Program CNC equipment to blueprint specifications, using CAM software.

  • Maintains Machine shop log, for cleanliness, schedules and repairs needed, for ISO standard machine maintenance.

  • Familiar with and complies with all safety requirements and protocols for working in a hazardous environment.

  • Ensures no contamination between materials to maximize recycling returns.

  • Works with engineering department for troubleshooting, process improvement, design suggestion.

  • Works with Production department to evaluate floor needs against forecast or sales orders and establish an efficient batch to refill stock.

  • Maintains the programming archive of products and adjusts settings to desired product specification and troubleshoots.

  • Maintains forming Equipment in working order and maintains programming archive for Mastercam jobs on server.

  • Inspects welds to determine structural soundness.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

​

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Machine Shop.

  • 2–4-year experience in CNC programing

  • 2-4 years’ experience in logging

  • General knowledge of Machine Shop, safety requirements and protocols for working in a hazardous environment.

  • Ability To Lift up to 70 Lbs.

  • Above 70 Lbs. with Appropriate Equipment and/or Assistance from Another Person.

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

  • Experience in Good written and oral communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment

Machine Shop Fabricator/Welder

Full Job Description

iCRco, Inc. is looking for a CNC Machine Shop Fabricator/Welder

Full time, 40 hours per week, to play a critical role in helping the company’s Machine Shop. In this role, the employee will be assist in all day-to-day Machine Shop tasks including sheet metal welding, machine shop fabrication and loading, Testing and trouble shooting.

Position include but are not limited to the following:

​

  • Machine Shop fabrication skills

  • Metal sheets and welding skills

  • Mechanical assembly

  • Testing and trouble shooting

  • Able to lift 50-70 pounds

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sheet metal and Welding tasks

  • Machine Shop fabrication skills

  • Assembles electro/mechanical subassemblies using drawings, bill of material, and Work instructions.

  • Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies.

  • Conducts in-process quality checks to ensure the established quality standards.

  • Inspects welds to determine structural soundness.

  • Complies with all safety requirements and protocols for working in a hazardous environment.

  • Ensures no contamination between materials to maximize recycling returns.

Medical Imaging Software Developer

Full Job Description

iCRco, Inc. is looking for a Medical Imaging Software Developer

Full time, play a critical role in helping the company scale. In this role, you will be managing all day-to-day Medical Imaging Software developing functions.

Position include but are not limited to the following:

​

  • ï‚·Develops and maintains Suite of 3D CT imaging software using Java, C# code.

  • ï‚·Creates and manages builds, installers, backup scripting, Software launcher and related tasks.

  • ï‚·Responsible for managing image acquisition and viewing applications testing which includes:

    • Setting-up the appropriate test environments

    • Generating bug tests reports using AQTrace

    • Debugging software and hardware configuration issues using debug tools.

  • ​Software development design.

  • Completion of software design projects from start to finish or from where they are now to absolutely finished, using our software development process.

  • A completed design will include design history file, bug fixes, and final, installable version of the program.

​

LANGUAGES

 

  • iCRco programs are written in C++, C#, (.net), iOS, and Java. While it is not necessary to design our software solutions from scratch (They are existing products), modifications and improvements may need to be done.

  • Must be familiar with MATLAB and associated 3-D reconstruction libraries (TIGRE), SART, and other algorithms.​

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.

  • Familiar with Computed Tomography and other 3D imaging technologies.

  • ï‚·Experience designing interactive applications.

  • ï‚·Ability to develop software in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++ or other programming languages.

  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).

  • ï‚·Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).

  • ​Experience with test-driven development.

  • ï‚·Proficiency in software engineering tools.

  • ï‚·Ability to document requirements and specifications.

  • ï‚·BSC degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.

Job Description​

We are looking for a hardworking and high achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.

​

Responsibilities:

  • Develops product distribution channels for SignaINDT, a division of iCRco, Inc. by establishing manufacturer/dealers relationships with Domestic and International Companies.

  • Manages iCRco NDT house accounts. Attends emails and calls from house account owners and provides sales support on a priority basis.

  • Provides direct assistance to new partners who actively promote and sell the SignalNDT brand to their customer base. Supports current partners selling the SignalNDT brand and increases their sales.

  • Travels by car and airplane to both dealer offices and prospect/end-user sites. Travel will also include attending local, regional, state and international trade shows.

  • Trains on software applications in order to support direct and dealer installations.

  • Responsible for maintaining updated prospect/dealer communications in the company's sales database. Provides daily reports on sales progress to iCRco management.

  • Other essential duties may be assigned consistent with the general scope of the position.

 

Skills:

  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives

  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with both mechanical and software engineering

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills

  • Willingness to travel

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
