We built the Fusion on principles of reliability, versatility, and efficiency. With both a fixed 14” x 17” digital detector and a cassette reader, the Fusion allows for direct panel workflow and tabletop imaging. The Fusion has many interchangeable components and can be scaled for your practice with features including dose reduction, faster throughput, and stronger imaging quality. Fusion allows you to provide the ultimate care with the highest resolution and lowest dose achievable of today’s CR and DR systems.

A common problem with many computed radiography scanners is that phosphor screens are damaged over time as they are bent, folded, or bumped. The Fusion overcomes this dilemma through our True Flat Scan Path™ (TFSP) technology. Our phosphor screens never leave the protecting casings of the cassette, thus preserving image quality and preventing damage during image acquisition. TFSP offers long-term excellence in image quality. It promises over 300,000+ images per phosphor screen. No one in the market has come close to this level of quality assurance which is why iCRco maintains its position as a world leader in computed radiography solutions.

iCRco offers a fully adjustable vertical wall stand, which includes an “EZ-Glide” motorized lift that allows the Fusion to ascend or descend to any desired position. The wall stand provides imaging flexibility for chest, abdomen, whole spine, and simultaneous poster anterior (PA) and lateral imaging.

Our phosphor screen detectors are protected inside an ultra-thin lightweight cassette. The cassette is made of carbon fiber, aluminum and steel - it’s extremely robust and specially designed to withstand demanding work environments. Fusion offers standard phosphor and Crystal IP®.

Crystal IP® technology introduces specially grown crystals, positioned side by side, to provide higher phosphor packing density. The Crystals act as light guides, thereby strongly reducing light spread in the phosphor layer resulting in ultra-high resolution images and higher X-ray absorption at a much lower dose than standard phosphor screens.
